Finance Manager

Broadcom Corporation is a leading provider of highly integrated semiconductor solutions that enable broadband communications and the networking of voice, video and data services. Currently we are searching for a talented Sr. Financial Analyst who is interested in a challenging opportunity with an exciting and dynamic organization!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

- Business partnering with two Lines of Businesses to achieve financial and business goals through collecting, preparing, and analyzing financial and business information
- Support monthly Demand Assessment, P&L Outlook, and accounting close processes
- Establish and maintain key operational metrics and reporting
- Perform financial investment analyses and make appropriate recommendations
- Support company-wide financial planning processes and systems
- Establish and administer business controls
- Build and manage market research database and communicate to GM and Marketing team
- System automation and process improvement
Job Requirements :  Job Requirements:

- BS degree in Business Administration or equivalent; or MBA with a concentration in Finance preferred
- 5+ years relevant work experience; high-tech environment preferred
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communications skills
- Business partnership experience preferred
- Process oriented
- Ability to work autonomously and as a team player in a highly dynamic business environment
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and handling of ad hoc projects as they arise
- Strong systems skills including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of financial and accounting systems: Hyperion Essbase, OutlookSoft and PeopleSoft, preferred
