Accountant

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

•Assist in preparation and review of monthly consolidated financial package to management
•Assist in preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements and disclosures
•Responsible for monthly headcount reporting
•Responsible for monthly lease and quarterly commitment reporting
•Responsible for select account reconciliations
•Assist in annual external financial statement audit and coordination with external auditors
•Perform financial analysis and research in support of special projects
•Assist in compliance testing of Sarbanes Oxley internal controls procedures
•Develop and maintain select financial reports
•Maintain records of company filings
•Research and complete required government surveys
Job Requirements :  Job requirements include but are not limited to:
•BS degree Accounting
4-5+ years accounting experience
•Excellent PC skills including advanced Excel skills
•Must be well-organized and detailed oriented
•Exposure to SEC financial reporting and disclosure a plus
•Experience in preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP a plus
•Exposure to PeopleSoft accounting system a plus
•Excellent written and oral communication skills
•Enjoys a fast-paced results-oriented multi-tasking environment where change is required quickly and on your feet thinking is commonplace
•Team player needed to work closely with internal finance personnel and external auditors
•Self-starter and results oriented individual
